This evening I'm trying a new recipe from Milk Street, whipped cream biscuits with macerated strawberries. It's a good thing I brought home an abundance of strawberries because I confess, I ate this entire bowl after quickly snapping these photos. Milk Street is Christopher Kimball's new magazine, and soon to be television and radio show. I've missed him on Cook's Illustrated and was thrilled to see his new magazine on the stand.
