Pie Baking Day!

The day before Thanksgiving always begins with our pie baking.  Currently, large beautiful snow flakes are falling outside and we have about an inch of snow on the ground.  The perfect baking day! I've been spending the last weeks working to fill all of your holiday orders.  I feel like Santa when I drop a car load of packages off at the post office everyday. I'm truly overwhelmed by your enthusiam for what I create and extremely thankful to be able to spend my days (and lately nights) doing what I love to do.
