Colonial Williamsburg is a wonderful place to visit during the holidays. Last Friday we took photos of some of the beautiful wreaths while walking along Duke of Gloucester Street. I'm always inspired by the creative use of fresh greens and fruits. A couple of years ago, I decorated our front door and all of our window sills with fresh greens and lady apples. The squirrels thought it was their early Christmas present, and carried away each and every apple within a couple of days. The next year, I switched to lemons.
